Looking for a website to be built for a realty sign business.

1)This site must handle customer login, track and handle customers inventory (can be manually updated if necessary),

2) Online shopping cart for purchasing of sign blanks, and paying for installation/removal of signs for the realty agent being serviced.

3) Online order forms for Residential new sign orders, Commercial new sign orders, Residential sign installation/removal, and Commercial sign installation/removal.
