Job Description
.Net Developer
Responsibilities:
· Understands technical and functional design requirements.
· Identifies system deficiencies and recommends solutions.
· Work with Business Process Analyst to come out technical design in details
· Estimate work effort.
· Handles operational instance (support & maintenance)
· Studies new technology, implements, assembly tests and solves technical problems.
· Be a mentor of Junior Engineer in terms of technology.
· Develops Intermediate Web and Backend Services.
Requirements:
· 3-5 years experience in development & maintenance of web-based .Net applications
· Microsoft .Net (C# preferred) (proficient 8+/10)
· T-SQL(proficient 8+/10)
· Web Services (proficient 8+/10)
· Windows Server Administration (moderate 5/10)
· IIS Administration (moderate 5/10)
· Strong team player with proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
· Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
· Ability to work in virtual teams (w/ offshore team members)
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
· Ability to communicate professionally in English
· Ability to communicate professionally in Mandarin is a plus
· Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
· Demonstrated career progression to date
