Wealthy foreign country (e.g. Bermuda, Luxembourg, Monte Carlo etc.). Exact location shared early in the application process. Vibrant expat (especially Filipino) community.

We are a warm, loving household with four children seeking a full-time, live-in nanny who truly loves children and will take real care and ownership of them. We are seeking someone whom the kids will love. This role is about presence and connection. We are looking for someone who plays with the kids, talks with them, guides them, and treats them as her own. The right person brings energy, warmth, and consistency, and naturally becomes someone the children feel safe and happy with.

– Be someone the kids love being with and are eager to spend time with
– Actively engage with the children through play, conversation, and daily routines
– Help with homework and ensure responsibilities are completed
– No screens for children (don’t give in to their whining)
– Reduce sugar and unhealthy foods (again, don’t give in to their whining!)
– Ensure children clean up after themselves and do hard things (we want kids to learn responsibility)
– (But again, the most important thing is finding someone who loves little kids, so the kids will love her)
𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐝 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭
– Keep the home tidy and organized
– Prepare simple meals when ingredients are provided (don’t need to be a great chef)
– Run local errands (driving, groceries, pickups/drop-offs)
– Help with light household tasks such as organizing or moving items
– (But again, the most important thing is finding someone who loves little kids, so the kids will love her)
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐚 (𝐏𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐲 𝐎𝐧𝐥𝐲 𝐈𝐟 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐞)
– Age 25 or older
– 2 or fewer jobs in the past five years
– Able to drive (don’t need to be a good driver, confidence can be built over time)
– Willing to obtain a local driving license after arrival (driving license not required to apply, but preferred)
– (But again, the most important thing is finding someone who loves little kids, so the kids will love her)
𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭 & 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭
– Contract term: 4 years
– You may resign, leave, or return home at any time if you’d like — flexibility and freedom matter to us but generally we’re looking for someone open to a long-term relationship with our family (not short-term hopping)
𝐋𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 & 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧
𝐏𝐚𝐲: $23/hour (2nd yr: $25/hr, 3rd yr: $27/hr, 4th yr: $28/hr)
𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐨𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Private pool house on a family estate. Water and electricity are provided
𝐎𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫: Personal expenses (phone, food, personal travel, trips home) are the nanny’s responsibility
𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐥: Initial flight to the country is covered. Any personal travel or vacations are the nanny’s responsibility
𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐚: Visa support is provided. We will assist with and pay for the visa
