Job Description

Responsibilities

The Multimedia Designer is responsible for conceptualizing and executing digital design to drive Technical Marketing initiatives around security education.

The designer combines text, images, animation/video, sound, and interactive elements in order to creatively deliver stories in ways that are in tune with the consumption of information by various types of audiences.

The designer works with a team of writers and editors to ensure alignment of content and design of marketing assets.

The designer also drives exploration of new and emerging web technologies and other innovative ways to deliver online content.

Requirements

Has formal multimedia training and is equipped with at least three years of professional work experience in multimedia design and execution (applicants should present a portfolio)
§ Has formal work experience in developing multimedia using Flash, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects/Premiere, Dreamweaver
§ Has formal work experience in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery
§ Has strong understanding of web design concepts, including responsive web design, optimization, technology limitations, and usability
§ Has deep understanding of the online advertising industry and marketing strategy
§ Has a substantial online, electronic, and freehand portfolio to present
