Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for marketing and generating new loan accounts for the company

• Actively prospect and identify potential borrowers through fieldwork, referrals, and online channels

• Assist clients in understanding available loan products, requirements, and application procedures

• Screen and pre-qualify loan applicants based on basic eligibility criteria

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners

• Conduct marketing activities such as field visits and online postings

• Ensure complete and accurate submission of loan documents

• Monitor and follow up on pending applications and client inquiries

• Support the team in achieving monthly marketing and loan booking targets
