Full-Time - Staff Marketing Assistant
Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:
Supports the sales and Marketing team in lead generation, client coordination, documentation, and administrative tasks.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Assist in identifying potential clients through research, online sourcing and database management.
2. Support the Account Executive in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations.
3. Coordinate client meetings, schedules, and follow-ups.
4. Maintain and update client record, sales pipelines and monitoring trackers.
5. Help prepare marketing materials and promotional communications.
6. Conduct initial client contact for inquiries and endorsement to the Sales team.
7. Monitor market information and competitor activities for reporting purposes.
8. Prepare and submit periodic sales and activity reports.
9. Perform other administrative and coordination tasks related to sales operations.
