Manager – ERS (Email Reputation Service) Group
Serve in a management capacity to establish long- and short-range departmental /operational objectives for the ERS Group as well as for individuals within the department. Responsible in managing the team in creating and maintaining quality AntiSpam solution for our customer protection that can be via Content Solution using Heuristics and Machine Learning Technology or via IP Reputation.
Responsibilities:
- Strategically set the overall directions and plans of the team within the organization
- Monitor critical milestones, set up planning for all functional areas across the group
- Identify opportunities to improve ERS operations and service delivery metrics based on results of reporting and analytics
- Manage the growth of the people in the group and assures that they are equipped to perform and contribute to the groups goal and objectives
- Manage the teams budget that would enable them to execute the set goals and objectives
