Position: Japanese Logistics and Chain Management Associate
Industry: BPO Company
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Salary: P 80,000 plus other benefits
Schedule: Dayshift
Requirements:
• Filipino or Filipino-Japanese fluent in both Japanese and English (oral and written)
• Open for JLPT N1-N2 passer, or Level 1-2 in Japanese
• At least High School graduate
• Preferably with Customer Service experience especially in Logistics and Chain Management concern
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge in SAP system is a plus
Responsibilities:
• Handling Logistics and Chain Management related customer concerns/inquiries and feedback through phone call and email
• Assist Customers in Registration; Activation and Deactivation Process of the account
• Submission of necessary documents & reports
• Maintaining proper filing system
