Position: Japanese Customer Service Desk Associate
Industry: Japanese IT Company
Schedule: Shifting (3-4 days/week)
Location: Clark, Pampanga
Salary: P 30,000 – P 40,000
BENEFITS:

Requirements:
• Filipino fluent in Japanese and conversational in English
• JLPT N1-N2 passer/level (Certificate is not required
• Graduate/undergraduate of any course
• With TSR/Helpdesk work experience is an advantage
• Preferably with experience/knowledgeable in Office365
Responsibilities:
• Communicates with Internal customer through Email and Call by Japanese and English
• Document creation/translation Japanese/English
• Supports Customer in their technical concerns through Email and Call by Japanese language

• Initial Interview in Japanese (Skype or Face to Face)
• Japanese assessment
• Final Japanese interview
