Full-Time - Staff HR Generalist
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Lead team members, foster their professional development and growth, and promote teamwork and cooperation.
Recommend and develop appropriate policies and practices that also support business unit objectives.
Act as a consultant for managers on employee issues
Advising on all employee issues associated with other human resources disciplines including compensation, benefits, and training and development by leveraging other department members when needed.
Advise company management in personnel policy and program matters, making or recommending appropriate decisions.
Establish, administer, and coordinate organization-sponsored employee services and activities in order to enhance the employee relations climate.
Perform any essential training and/or work with the site-training specialist to conduct training programs on a regular basis
Requirements:
With at least 3 years experience in a BPO/call center in a human resource function
Experience in recruitment is REQUIRED
Knowledge of government, and local employment, wage and salary laws and regulations.
Ability to analyze and assess training and development implementation of salary administration plans and benefits programs.
Work requires professional presentation and communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate group, units or teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects.
Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings.
Confident, highly professional, and have strong influencing, communication and team working skills
Ability to work well under pressure. Ability to demonstrate presence and credibility within the organization. Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
A Bachelors Degree, preferably in Human Resource Management
