Full-Time - Staff Head of Customer Experience and Operations

The Role
As the Head of Customer Experience and Operations, you will be responsible for leading our customer support, onboarding, retention, and internal operations teams. Your mission will be to ensure world-class customer experiences while building scalable systems and workflows that support our next phase of growth.
Responsibilities
- Customer Experience Leadership: Own and continuously improve the end-to-end customer journey
- Team Management: Lead and grow customer success and operations teams
- Operational Excellence: Optimize internal workflows, support systems, and service delivery processes
- Retention and Engagement: Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce churn
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing to align on priorities and feedback
- Metrics & Reporting: Track KPIs, report on performance, and drive data-informed decisions
Requirements
- 5+ years in customer experience, operations, or related leadership roles
- Proven experience in building and scaling customer success and operational systems
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fully remote startup environment
- Experience with CRM, CX, and workflow automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zendesk, Asana)
