Full-Time -Managerial Finance and Administration Manager
Job Description
Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Cash flow management
- Budget preparation and administration
- Fund sourcing, bank coordination
- Billing and collection, taxation
- Compliance to government regulations
- Cost rationalization/profit maximization
- Control and approval of all disbursements
- Financial performance reporting (internal and external)
- Assets accounting and control
- Review of account analysis reports
- Assist in internal control and auditing functions; participates in preparation of revenue and expenditure projections.
- Performance variance analysis and reporting
- Evaluate Department staffing arrangements, staffing levels and work assignments and makes necessary recommendations to Management
- Oversee supervision of personnel, which includes work allocation, and problem resolution
- Evaluate performance and make recommendations for personnel actions
- Motivate employees to achieve peak productivity and performance.
Requirements
- Female, not over 45 years old
- Must be a CPA
- With at least 10 years experience in general accounting, 5 years of which in supervisory capacity
- Knowledgeable in financial statement preparation, cash flow projection, budget forecast and analysis
- Knowledgeable on all government taxes and mandatories such as VAT, EWT, SSS, Pag-IBIG and others
- Computer literate
- Highly analytical, hardworking and with strong leadership qualities
- With excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be a team player, an effective change agent, meticulous, diligent
- Willing to work in Parañaque City (Miascor Cargo Center,Brgy. Sto. Niño,Sucat Rd.)
