Full-Time - Staff EXECUTIVE SECRETARY
Job Description
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
To provide high-level administrative support to the President and other Executive members
Essential Responsibilities:
Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, reports, and other documents for the President.
Arranges travel and accommodations booking
Answers and screens telephone calls, and response to emails, messages, and other correspondence
Coordinate arrangements, meetings, and /or conferences, taking notes and minutes recording.
Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of the President, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.
Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and other related tasks
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related course.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, and business communication software.
Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and record-keeping systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
At least 3 years of experience in an executive support role
