Responsibilities:

Primary Function: Creation of E-learning Materials of internal architecture, design and workflow of Trend Micro Products and Supported Platform/Technology

• Works with various SMEs, trainers and other experts in the continued development of the corporate vision of maximizing e-Learning.
• Develops instructional material, coordinates, writes and edits educational content, and incorporates current technology for educators developing specific curricula.
• Develops Application Training specific to instructional content for web-based training materials.
• Participates in the needs assessment, design and development of product and role specific curriculum road maps and high-level designs.
• Functions on curriculum teams and independently in the design, development, and testing of instructional materials.
• Develops course descriptions and related course-specific marketing documents and tools
• Contributes to storyboarding, authoring, and development of e-learning content and blended learning solutions.

Requirements:

• Experience working with e-learning and blended learning programs, web-based training development, and asynchronous learning content. Knowledgeable on administration of operating systems
• Good English Communication Skills
• Good Organizational Skills
• Knowledgeable in creating learning materials or Manuals
• Knowledgeable in Photoshop and other e-learning tools
