Full-Time - Staff Digital Advertising Specialist

Salary: $4,000 – $5,000 per month (depending on experience)
Role Overview:
We’re looking for a results-driven Digital Advertising Specialist to manage and optimize our paid media campaigns. If you’re data-oriented, creative with ad copy, and passionate about delivering measurable results, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, and other platforms
- Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to improve ad relevance and performance
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights
- Optimize ad creatives, copy, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI
- Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and new advertising opportunities
- Collaborate with the content and marketing team to align ads with overall brand strategy
Requirements:
- Proven experience running and optimizing paid ad campaigns
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other advertising platforms
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data interpretation and reporting
- Strong copywriting skills for ad creatives
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
- Interest in food, grilling, or lifestyle brands is a plus
