Job Description
DevOps Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Designs and develops computer software solutions to support GRID Application Control services
- Accomplishes testing and deployment of computer software used in day-to-day operations
- Applies principles and techniques of Object Oriented Programming working on Agile DevOps Methodologies
- Ensures that Application Control services are delivered effectively and efficiently
- Applies technical skills in processing and analyzing Goodware content
- Fulfills customer or user requests within the given timeline
- Meets business objectives and team targets defined by Service Level Objectives
- Manages service incidents or problems and enhances end-to-end processes
- S/he will also be assigned to do project management or employee-driven initiatives that will address concerns on increasing productivity, efficiency, and operational excellence
Requirements:
- B.S. Computer Science or Computer Engineering
- At least 3+ years of exposure to open source Java, PHP, MySQL as the preferred development platforms
- At least 2+ years of software development experience in C (i.e. C/C#/C++) or any object-oriented language
- Preferably 1+ years of software QA experience both blackbox and whitebox testing
- Preferably 1+ years of doing software security work reverse engineering, malware analysis, etc.
- Other Skills Desired: agile development framework, systems analysis and design, test planning, systems programming (Windows), and extensive interest in system security
