Job Overview

We are hiring Customer Representatives (Chat Support) to assist players on our online gaming platform. Whether you are experienced in customer service or a fresh graduate looking to start your career, we provide training to help you succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner

Assist players with account setup, login issues, and verification

Guide customers regarding deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and promotions

Troubleshoot basic technical concerns

Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department

Maintain accurate chat records and reports

Ensure high customer satisfaction and meet performance targets

Qualifications

At least high school graduate / Senior High School graduate

With or without experience in customer service (training provided)

Must be willing to work in shifting schedules
