About the Role:
We are looking for Member Relations Officers (MRO)/ Customer service representative  who can deliver excellent customer service while assisting clients, accredited medical facilities, brokers, and agents regarding their medical, travel, and sachet insurance plans.
Your main responsibility is to ensure first-contact resolution and provide accurate, timely, and empathetic support.
Qualifications:
✅ Any college course (Medical-allied fresh graduates are welcome)
✅ Minimum of 6 months experience in a BPO Healthcare/HMO account
✅ At least 6 months BPO experience – Non-negotiable
✅ Strong communication skills (Taglish)
✅ Customer-first mindset
