Customer Service Manager Job Purpose: Responsible for overseeing the customer service department and ensuring the company delivers the highest level of customer service possible. Supervises, trains, and mentors employees.

This is a remote position, meaning that you would manage a remote team from your own home or office.

Customer Service Manager Job Duties:

•    Accomplishes customer service human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.

•    Achieves customer service objectives by contributing customer service information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; resolving problems; determining system improvements; implementing change.

•    Maintains contact with customer base; communicating via telephone and email, issuing refunds and replacements, resolving problems.
