Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:
Ensure excellent customer experience by managing client accounts, coordinating domestic freight forwarding operations, and providing timely solutions to customer concerns.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, tracking shipments, and providing timely updates.
2. Coordinate with warehouse, operations, and transport teams to ensure smooth and on-time cargo handling.
3. Monitor and manage shipment documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
4. Handle customer complaints and issues professionally, providing quick and effective resolutions.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
6. Prepare service performance reports and recommend process improvements for better customer satisfaction.
7. Support sales and operations teams in meeting service commitments and company objectives.
