Job Description:
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Manage cost accounting functions including inventory valuation, standard costing, and variance analysis.
Monitor and analyze production costs and margins to identify areas for cost reduction.
Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls.
Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with operational departments.
Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits as needed.
Support financial planning and analysis (FP&A) for capital projects and operational improvements.
Reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure accuracy of financial data.
Assist in developing and implementing accounting policies and procedures.
Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
Stay updated with industry trends and changes in financial regulations.
