Job Description
What You’ll Be Doing:
100% call center and phone-based environment
Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide exceptional service
Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely, professional manner
Accurately document customer interactions and follow up as needed
Requirements
At least a high school graduate
1 year of customer-facing experience
Call center experience is an advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills
Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
Willing to work on a shifting schedule
Can start ASAP
