Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both English and Cantonese.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
  • Document interactions and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
  • Support team goals by meeting KPIs such as response time and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English and Cantonese (spoken and written).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or call center preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is an advantage.
