Bookkeeper
Hybrid set-up | NZ timezone {5AM-2PM} | Clark, Pampanga
–TEMPORARY WFH set-up until Q3 this year —
Equipment provided by client
Hybrid (2 onsite / 3 WFH) if based in Clark or nearby
Remote with 1x a month onsite for other regions
{Free shuttle service from Manila to Clark vice versa}
WHAT YOU’LL DO
-Manage end-to-end bookkeeping/accounting for more than (8+) global clients.
-Handle invoicing, AR/AP, banking, payroll, monthly reports, and compliance.
-Communicate clearly with clients and deliver timely, accurate outputs.
WHAT YOU BRING
-Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related field
-Outsourcing company experience is required
-Xero certification is required
-2yr above of end-to-end bookkeeping or accounting experience supporting global clients
-Preferably experienced in handling SMEs and ANZ markets
-Strong English communication skills, with good time management and attention to detail
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
-Can start ASAP
