Full-Time - Staff Back-End Developer

Salary: $3,500 – $4,500/month (Based on experience)
Job Type: Full-Time | Remote
Position Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Back-End Developer who is passionate about building scalable and efficient server-side applications. You’ll work with our engineering team to design, develop, and maintain APIs, databases, and backend infrastructure that power our software products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain robust, reusable, and scalable server-side logic
- Design and manage APIs and integrate with third-party services
- Optimize database queries and structures for performance and reliability
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements
- Write clean, secure, and testable code with proper documentation
- Troubleshoot and debug applications in production and staging environments
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and team discussions
Tech Stack We Use:
- Languages: Node.js, Python, PHP (depending on the project)
- Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB
- Frameworks: Express.js, Django, Laravel (project-based)
- Tools: Docker, Git, REST APIs, AWS/GCP
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of professional experience in back-end development
- Strong knowledge of server-side technologies and API design
- Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration in a remote setting
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent (preferred)
