Full-Time - Staff Accounting Staff
Job Description
The Accounting Staff is responsible for supporting daily accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting in the preparation of financial reports. The role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recording financial transactions and maintaining accounting records
- Prepare and process invoices, vouchers, and expense reports
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Assist in bank reconciliation and financial report preparation
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of accounting records
- Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or any related 4-year course
- At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and MS Excel
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Preferably with PEZA experience
- Preferably residing in or near Calamba or Cabuyao
