Job Description
– An accounting graduate
– has reconciliation experience
– we use SAP Concur in our expense reporting
– Quickbook
– Understands travel expenses
– compensation depends on experience

-Knows invoicing, AR and related transactions
-Downloading and renaming of hotel folios from the Travel Mailbox,
referencing the roster to determine business purpose and the correct
period of stay. Files will be named hotel-location, guest, amount.
-The same thing goes for the airlines.
-Creating pivot tables on our corporate account to group market and purpose.
Markets are entities/companies that handles their own P&L so we need to
make sure that accounts are charged properly.
-You will also assist in sourcing accommodations, maintain tracking sheets.
-Reconcile cc charges to ensure that everything is accounted for.
-Gather information of negotiated rates so that it is in 1 locations.
