GENSAI CAREER CONSULTING CORP. was officially established on July 07, 2015 as a local recruitment venture. The
idea of putting up the company began with the purpose of strengthening the affiliate company, Face to Face
Language and Culture School Inc., to give their Japanese students who undergo intensive English language course an
opportunity to work in Japanese companies in the Philippines. As the idea developed, it was realized that providing
this service should be inclusive and not exclusive. The growing need for skilled personnel both local and foreign gave
the management impetus to build Gensai Career Consulting Corp.
