JobsPH for employers

Make your next job opening easier to discover and share.

JobsPH is a job bulletin for employers recruiting people currently based in the Philippines. Publish a clear job page, present your company professionally, and give your team a link to share.

A public home for your next opening

Present your company clearly

Give candidates your company name, logo, website and the role information they need to understand the opportunity.

Make sharing straightforward

Share the job link through your website, team and community. Your own channels can help people discover your opening.

Keep recruitment with your team

Explain how candidates should apply. JobsPH provides a basic application route; your team handles screening, interviews and hiring.

How it works

  1. Choose your plan. Create an employer account and select the plan your company is eligible for.
  2. Describe the opening. Add company details, the actual vacancy, arrangement, location and application instructions.
  3. Publish and share. Complete any payment and review steps, then share the published job link.
  4. Keep it current. Close filled jobs. Each listing runs for up to 120 days.

Start with the right listing option

Eligible SEC/DTI-registered Philippine companies can use free ordinary listings. The paid Value plan includes additional placement. Overseas employers use the paid plan, subject to approved country and work-arrangement rules.

Pack access lasts 365 days, with manual renewal. Pack access does not extend a job beyond its 120-day listing limit.

Clear information builds confidence

Tell applicants who is hiring, where they will work, what the role involves and how to apply. For remote roles, explain eligibility and working hours. Include salary currency and pay period whenever you provide a salary.

Search engines decide indexing and ranking. A listing or paid plan does not guarantee applicants, a hire or search placement.
