iring: Work From Home Sales Representative – Manila
We are looking for motivated and confident Sales Representatives based in Manila / Metro Manila to help sell weight-loss and wellness products from America.
This is a mostly work-from-home sales position. The first week will be focused on training, where you will learn about the products, sales process, customer communication, and how to properly answer customer questions.
Job Responsibilities
As a Sales Representative, you will:
- Contact potential customers online, by phone, chat, or social media
- Explain the benefits and details of our weight-loss products
- Follow up with interested customers
- Answer basic product questions in a professional way
- Help customers place orders
- Keep track of leads, follow-ups, and sales
- Meet daily or weekly sales targets
- Attend online training and team check-ins when required
Training
The first week is training. During training, you will learn:
- Product information
- How to talk to customers
- Sales scripts and follow-up methods
- How to handle objections
- How to close sales properly
- Company rules and customer service standards
Requirements
We are looking for someone who is:
- Based in Manila or Metro Manila
- Comfortable working from home
- Good at speaking and chatting with customers
- Confident, friendly, and professional
- Motivated to earn through sales
- Able to follow instructions and use sales scripts
- Reliable with internet access and a phone or computer
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required
Important
You must be honest and professional when speaking with customers. Do not make false medical claims or promise guaranteed results. Training will be provided on how to explain the products correctly.
Work Setup
- Mostly work from home
- First week: training
- Online communication with customers
- Flexible or scheduled hours depending on the role
Compensation
- Base pay: ₱30000month
- Commission: ₱50%per sale
- Bonuses available for strong performance
