The Loving Marketers is a dynamic, growth-oriented marketing agency for NGOs and non-profits. We are looking for a high-energy Sales Specialist to join our team. This is a full-cycle sales role where you will be responsible for both opening the door and sealing the deal.
Key Responsibilities

Outbound Prospecting: Conduct daily cold calling sessions to identify and qualify new business opportunities.

Personalized Outreach: Execute research to personalize introductory and closing calls.

Discovery & Closing: Lead discovery calls to understand client pain points and perform high-impact presentations to close new contracts.

Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized CRM (Google Sheets) to track leads and follow-ups from contact to “Closed-Won” status.

Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly quotas for both “set” appointments and “closed” revenue.
Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven success in both cold calling (outbound) and closing roles.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills with a neutral accent suitable for US clients.

Closing Skills: Strong ability to handle objections, negotiate terms, and drive urgency without being “pushy.”

Self-Management: Highly disciplined and able to work independently in a graveyard shift (US Time Zones).

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: Base and commission discussed after initial interview, but is competitive with local rates.

Uncapped Commission: Competitive structure for every closed deal.

13th-Month Pay: Standard year-end bonus as per Philippine labor laws.
