Full-Time - Staff Account Manager
Job Description
We are looking for a results-driven Account Manager who can build strong client relationships and help grow our business. If you have experience managing client accounts and working with international clients, we’d love to hear from you!
Hybrid set-up | Cubao, Quezon City
Working schedule: Monday to Friday
Time schedule: Flexible Night Shift Schedule (core hours 2:00am-6:00am)
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain relationships with client accounts
Handle multiple accounts independently
Identify opportunities to grow accounts and increase revenue
Ensure excellent client satisfaction and long-term partnerships
🔹 Qualifications
College graduate
At least 3–5 years of experience in Account Management
Strong background in sales and client relationship management
Experience handling US client accounts
Preferably with BPO / B2B industry experience
Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
