Job Description
Job Summary:
The Sales Associate / Beauty Consultant is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, promoting beauty products, and achieving sales targets through product knowledge, customer engagement, and effective selling techniques.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Recommend beauty products based on customer needs and preferences.

Demonstrate product usage and provide beauty advice.

Achieve individual and store sales targets and contribute to team performance.

Maintain product displays, cleanliness, and stock organization.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.

Process sales transactions accurately and follow company procedures.

Attend product training and sales meetings as required.
Qualifications:

At least High School graduate

With or without sales/retail experience; training will be provided.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer-oriented with a positive and friendly attitude.

Willing to work in shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Physically fit and presentable.
