Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to lead and manage a sales team in Manila. The role is responsible for driving property sales performance, developing sales strategies, and ensuring targets are achieved in accordance with company standards and compliance guidelines.
Key Responsibilities

Lead, train, Recruit and supervise a team of Property Specialists

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets

Monitor team performance and provide coaching as needed

Assist in closing sales transactions and handling client negotiations

Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review

Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations

Coordinate with Marketing and Admin teams for project updates and client support
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
-
At least 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales, with 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role

Strong leadership and team management skills

Good communication and negotiation abilities

Familiarity with Manila real estate market is an advantage

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
