ROLE SUMMARY

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our growing retail organization. This role is centered on providing excellent customer service, effectively presenting products, and creating a positive shopping experience. The Sales Associate will also assist with daily store operations while working toward both individual and team sales objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Welcome customers and assist them in choosing products by clearly explaining features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Accurately process sales transactions through the POS system and handle payments in line with company policies.
  • Check stock levels, replenish merchandise, and ensure pricing, promotions, and store standards are properly implemented.
  • Support the Store Manager and team with daily operations and customer service tasks as needed.
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets using a consultative and customer-oriented selling approach.
  • Recommend additional or related products through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
  • Keep the sales area clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
  • Assist with marketing and promotional activities, including social media content, live selling sessions, in-store promotions, and campaigns.
  • Inform customers about current promotions, special offers, and new product arrivals.
  • Build strong customer relationships by providing personalized service and follow-ups.
  • Prepare and submit assigned sales reports on a daily or weekly basis.

KEY SKILLS

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
  • Comfortable engaging with customers through social media channels.
  • Ability to demonstrate products or host live selling sessions is preferred.

How to Apply

QUALIFICATIONS
  • One (1) to two (2) years of retail sales experience (required).
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with customers.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
  • Experience in online selling or live selling platforms is a plus.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
  • Willing to be assigned to different store or office locations when needed.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
  • Dependable, adaptable, and open to taking on additional responsibilities.
