We are seeking an energetic, motivated, and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and following up with candidates after their interviews. The ideal candidate is hardworking, enthusiastic, and passionate about helping people find the right career opportunities, while maintaining strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Screen candidates for a variety of roles across healthcare industries, primarily skilled nursing facilities and nursing homes.
- Verify credentials and ensure candidates meet facility requirements and compliance standards.
- Promote facility incentives to attract candidates and encourage them to schedule and attend interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and follow-up communications between candidates and clients.
- Maintain accurate records in the ATS and provide regular updates to management.
- Collect feedback from applicants to find patterns with issues in the client’s recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in spoken and written English. (Required)
- Candidates with an American-sounding accent are preferred.
- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources.
- Must have a reliable, fast computer and a stable internet connection, with backup internet and power sources to prevent interruptions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient with Indeed and Google platforms; experience with Apploi is a plus.
- Able and eager to quickly learn and adapt to new software tools.
- Able to learn quickly and take direction effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
