Full-Time - Staff Cantonese + English CSR
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both English and Cantonese.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
- Document interactions and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Support team goals by meeting KPIs such as response time and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Cantonese (spoken and written).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center preferred.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is an advantage.
