Role Overview

As our Client Concierge & Booking Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients. You’ll handle enquiries, qualify leads, follow up thoughtfully, and own the responsibility of booking appointments while supporting light administrative and operational tasks. This role is essential to both client experience and studio revenue.

 

Client Communication & Experience

You will:

  • Respond to client enquiries via phone, email, and text
  • Communicate clearly, warmly, and professionally
  • Listen actively and respond with empathy and confidence
  • Support clients with questions, concerns, and next steps
  • Maintain a calm, reassuring presence — even when clients feel hesitant or overwhelmed

 

Client Conversion & Booking Ownership

You don’t just respond to enquiries — you guide clients to a decision.

You will:

  • Take ownership of converting qualified enquiries into booked appointments
  • Lead conversations with warmth, clarity, and confidence
  • Ask thoughtful questions to understand why the session matters to the client
  • Help clients move through hesitation, uncertainty, or emotional blocks
  • Clearly explain next steps and invite clients to book
  • Follow up intentionally until a clear yes or no is reached

You are comfortable closing appointments — without scripts, pressure, or pushiness.

Booking Targets & Performance

  • Performance Target: 20–25 booked appointments per month
  • Goal: approximately 1 new appointment per day
  • Track follow-ups, confirmations, and reminders to reduce no-shows
  • Take pride in meeting goals and adjusting strategies when needed

 

Operations & Admin Support

You will also:

  • Assist with scheduling, confirmations, and reminders
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and bookings
  • Coordinate basic operational tasks (emails, texts, pickups, vendors as needed)
  • Support smooth day-to-day studio operations

 

Working Hours (PHT)

  • Tuesday – Thursday: 2:30 AM – 8:30 AM
  • Thursday – Saturday: 4:00 AM – 10:00 AM

(Workload involves managing enquiries throughout the shift — not continuous calls for 6 hours.)

 

Compensation

  • USD 720–750 per month

Nice to Have (But Not Required)

  • Experience in client concierge, booking, customer service, or admin roles
  • Experience handling phone enquiries or lead follow-ups
  • Familiarity with scheduling systems or CRM tools
