Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential leads through social media, databases, and other channels.
- Engage with prospects via email, calls, or direct messaging.
- Qualify leads based on interest, needs, and fit for services.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
- Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings and ensure smooth lead handoff.
- Use CRM tools to track and manage leads efficiently.
- Stay updated on industry trends and lead-generation strategies.
Requirements
- No experience required; training will be provided.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn, Apollo, etc.) is a plus.
