Full-Time - Staff Customer Service Technical Support
Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Customer Service Support Specialist who will handle inbound customer calls, provide troubleshooting assistance, and deliver excellent customer experience. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills and basic technical knowledge who want to grow in the IT and customer support field.
- Answer inbound calls and assist customers with technical concerns
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues (device setup, system navigation, account issues)
- Provide step-by-step guidance to customers in a clear and friendly manner
- Document interactions and solutions accurately in the system
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when needed
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by delivering professional and empathetic support
Qualification:
- At least 2 year BPO experience (preferably in a voice or technical support account)
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of networking, hardware, or software troubleshooting (advantage)
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willing to work onsite and in shifting or night schedules
