Job Description
✅ ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly skilled, fast-moving Funnel Builder Virtual Assistant to help us build, launch, and optimize sales funnels for digital courses, coaching programs, live events, and products.
This is NOT a basic admin role. This position is for a technical builder and executor who understands funnels
Build ClickFunnels pages
Connect automations
Integrate email/SMS
Support monetization systems funnels, conversions, and automation.
You will work directly with the founder to:

Full-Time: 35-40+ hours per week

Flexible schedule, but must be available for:

Weekly check-in calls

Urgent funnel launches

💼 CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
✅ Build and edit ClickFunnels pages (sales pages, order forms, upsells, thank-you pages)
✅ Set up email & SMS automations
✅ Integrate Stripe, PayPal, Zapier, Stripe, GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, Google Drive
✅ Upload and organize digital products
✅ QA test funnels before launch
✅ Duplicate & modify funnels quickly
✅ Embed videos (Vimeo, YouTube, etc.)
✅ Set up order bumps & upsells
✅ Maintain clean funnel structure
✅ Troubleshoot broken links, automations & integrations
✅ Support course & coaching program launches
🧠 REQUIRED SKILLS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
You MUST already know how to use:
✅ ClickFunnels (Classic or 2.0)
✅ Email Automation Systems (ClickFunnels, Mailchimp, ConvertKit, GoHighLevel, etc.)
✅ Stripe & PayPal Payments
✅ Basic Funnel Strategy & Conversion Flow
✅ Zapier (basic integrations)
✅ Google Drive delivery systems
✅ Embedding videos & digital product delivery

🎯 PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS
You will be expected to:
✅ Build funnels within 24–72 hours
✅ Follow instructions precisely
✅ Ask clarifying questions when needed
✅ Deliver clean, organized, tested builds
✅ Communicate daily progress during active projects
✅ Be proactive and solution-oriented
This is a results-based role, not hourly babysitting.
