Full-Time - Staff Customer Service Representative
Job Description
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of BPO voice account experience (international)
- Fresh Graduates and career shifters are encouraged to apply
- 2nd year or 3rd year college undergraduates are also welcome
- Must be a Senior High School Graduate or College Graduate
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
- Willing to relocate if based outside Metro Manila
- Amenable to night shift or rotational schedules
Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Handle inbound and/or outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries or concerns
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain professionalism and empathy in all interactions
- Document customer interactions and follow up as needed
- Work closely with team leads to meet performance and quality metrics
