Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment (job postings, interviews, onboarding).
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company values.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and performance management.
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of HR experience (remote work experience is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
