Overview:
Venture Smarter is a fast-growing consulting and strategy firm helping businesses scale through innovation, digital tools, and smart marketing solutions. We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Email Marketing Specialist to join our team and help us optimize our outreach and customer engagement efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
- Develop compelling email content, including subject lines, copy, and CTAs.
- Manage email lists, segmentation, and personalization strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and optimize accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with email best practices and regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
- Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to align email strategy with business goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in email marketing or digital marketing (2+ years preferred).
- Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar).
- Strong copywriting and editing skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and email automation workflows.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
