Full-Time - Staff Email & Digital Marketing Assistant

Job Description
We’re looking for a full-time Email & Digital Marketing Assistant to join a fast-growing ecommerce brand in the hair and beauty space. If you have experience in email marketing (preferably with Klaviyo), a strong interest or foundation in digital marketing and PPC, and a passion for the hair and beauty industry, this is a great opportunity to grow within a lean, hands-on team that’s expanding internationally.
You’ll support the Head of Marketing in executing campaigns, managing email workflows, and contributing to broader digital marketing efforts across paid and organic channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns (automated and manual), using Klaviyo or similar platforms
- Manage segmentation, list hygiene, and A/B testing for optimization
- Track and report on email performance metrics (open rate, CTR, conversions)
- Assist in coordinating digital marketing efforts, including paid ad campaigns (Google, Meta)
- Support basic PPC monitoring—review ad performance, prepare reports, and help with campaign adjustments
- Collaborate on content and campaign planning aligned with a quarterly marketing calendar
- Participate in weekly video calls and follow a task-based workflow
Qualifications:
- Prior experience with email marketing (Klaviyo experience preferred)
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)
- Basic understanding of PPC campaign structure and performance metrics
- Experience using tools like Canva, Fotoroom, or other AI-based image editors
- Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and initiative
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Interest or experience in the hair, skincare, or beauty industry is a strong plus
- Comfortable working UK hours, with flexibility to adjust once proven in the role
What You’ll Get:
- Structured onboarding with training materials and templates
- The chance to work closely with a seasoned marketing lead on a variety of campaigns
- Exposure to international ecommerce and multi-channel digital marketing
- A remote-friendly culture that values ownership, communication, and creativity
Note: This is a full-time remote role. While initial alignment with UK time zones is preferred, there is flexibility in the long term. We’re looking for someone who is proactive, reliable, and excited to grow with a global brand.
