Salary: $3,500/month

 

Position Overview:


As an IT Support Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for all technical support requests. You’ll ensure our team has the tools and support to work efficiently by promptly resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level support for technical issues via chat, email, and video calls

  • Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network-related problems

  • Install and configure software and applications

  • Maintain inventory of IT assets and tools

  • Support onboarding/offboarding processes for new and exiting employees

  • Document technical issues and solutions to build a knowledge base

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in IT support or a similar role

  • Strong knowledge of Windows, Mac OS, and common office productivity tools

  • Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
